People of Influence – A reflection on Leadership

Directions:  Choose three people that are in a position of leadership (historical or current).  Think outside the box and avoid obvious examples.  You are going to create a full profile on one of the three leaders you have researched.  Include Christians and non-Christians.        

1. Provide some information about this person’s background.

2. Who does this person influence?

3. How did this person gain/earn their position of influence?

4. What are the qualities that make this person so influential?

5. What are this person’s achievements as a leader?

6. What is this person’s shortcoming as a leader?

7. How has this person exemplified a Christ-like leadership (or not)?  Explain.
